Magictool.vn is an AI-powered platform providing image and video generation services using models such as Nano Banana, Veo, and Kling. Our services are provided on a “Pay-as-you-go” basis using a credit system.
3. Credit System & Payments
- Purchases: Users purchase credits to use AI generation features. All transactions are processed securely via Polar.sh.
- Usage: Each AI generation task (Image/Video) will consume a specific number of credits as displayed in the dashboard.
- Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as the service remains active, unless otherwise stated during promotion.
4. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital credit products and the high computing costs of AI models, all sales are final.
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical system failures where credits were deducted but no output was generated.
5. User Content & Conduct
- You retain ownership of the content you create using Magictool.vn.
- You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Magictool.vn provides AI services “as is.” We do not guarantee that the generated output will always meet your expectations or be error-free.
